The RMWF — Sun Storyteller — talks late at night with loved ones, sleeps warm and back-down, and wakes bright and early to engage the day. You're the family conversationalist who brings warmth to both evening and morning.
Sleep onset 20-30 minutes (often after evening conversations replay in your head), back-sleeping in a warm bedroom, and you wake naturally before 7 AM with energy for the morning ritual. Coffee with a partner or family is sacred.
Strengths: relational depth, communication skills, ability to hold space for others' stories. Trap: emotional carryover from late conversations into bedtime, leading to occasional restlessness.
Bedding sweet spot: medium-firm mattress, low-medium pillow for back support, quilted duvet (you sleep warm), and brushed cotton sheets. Bedside aroma diffuser (cedar, lavender) helps transition from social mode to sleep mode.
Protect a 15-minute solo decompression after evening conversations — even just dim lights and slow breathing. The Sun Storyteller needs this transition to drop into sleep mode.
