Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with one click from your Stripe customer portal (linked from your account page). Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
Which payment methods are supported?
Stripe Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are stored only by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) and never touch our servers.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes — Stripe automatically emails a receipt to the address you check out with. If you need an updated company name or memo for accounting, email support@esleep-clinic.jp.
Do you offer team or multi-seat plans?
Not yet. We currently offer Monthly and Annual plans for individual subscribers. Team plans are on our roadmap — reach out to support@esleep-clinic.jp if you'd like to be notified.
Is Premium a medical service?
No. eSleep Clinic is a sleep-care comparison and editorial site. We do not diagnose or treat conditions. If you suspect insomnia, sleep apnoea, or any medical issue, please consult a licensed physician.
